Position Title: Seasonal Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Seasonal (approx. April – September)
Location: Geraldton, ON and Chapleau, ON 
Number of Open Positions: 2
Compensation: Daily Rate Starting at $500/day (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

We’re seeking a Seasonal Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our close-knit operation in Geraldton and Chapleau, ON. This role is perfect for an experienced AME who values independence, variety, and the satisfaction of keeping aircraft mission-ready in unique operating environments.
 
Your Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the aircraft in accordance with applicable airworthiness standards and OEM instructions.
  • Carry out maintenance, repair and daily inspection of the company aircrafts as detailed in the company Maintenance Policy Manual.
  • Complete and certify work reports for all work accomplished on the aircraft.
  • Follow company procedures as per the Maintenance Policy Manual using safe work practices.
  • Conduct line maintenance on Company aircraft.
  • Stay abreast of industry standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance. 
 
Your Qualifications:
  • Valid Transport Canada M1 License
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Commander/Cessna experience .
  • Piston and turboprop experience.
  • Proven track record of success working on complex assignments requiring considerable judgment, initiative, and technical/specialized knowledge.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working long days during peak fire activity.
  • Highly safety-focused, adaptable, and self-reliant.
  • Available for full summer wildfire season commitment.
